What is Bocca Rewards?
Bocca Rewards is our loyalty programme. Earn points every time you visit and unlock perks, free drinks, and exclusive events the more you come in.
How do I earn points?
Scan the Bocca app or tap your loyalty card before you pay. You earn 1 point per £1 spent on all food and drinks. Bonus points apply to select seasonal specials — look out for the red star on the menu board.
Do my points expire?
No. Points don't expire as long as your account stays active — meaning at least one purchase every 24 months. We'll email you a reminder before anything lapses.
How do I add this FAQ component to my project?
After duplicating, copy and paste the component into your Framer project. Then edit the questions, answers, styles, and animations as needed.
Can I use points across all Bocca locations?
Yes. Earn and redeem at every Bocca café, including partner venues and airport locations. Your balance follows your account, not a specific site.
Can I pay partly with points and partly by card?
Yes. Tell at counter before they ring you up, or select "Use points" in the app before you scan.
